MEET THE BARATTA'S

I get asked all the time, do you guys own this place? So meet the Baratta's. John and I (Heidi) are the proud owners of the Lincoln Club Banquet Center, Lincoln Club Catering Carroll, IA!

John is the mastermind in the kitchen, I'm the greeter out front. We currently live in Carroll and are in the process of moving our amazing family to Glidden. We could not be more excited to start the next chapter of our lives in a community we adore!!! We have 5 beautiful children, Kjersten & her boyfriend Andrew live in Fairmont MN. Kjersten works as a radiology tech at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato MN and Andrew works for Trusdell Farms. Koby is a Sophmore at Morningside college where he plays golf and majors in computer science, his girlfriend Gina is a Senior at Carroll High. Josie is a Junior at Carroll High and spends a lot of her time working at New Hope, Cade is a Freshman and works at Fareway and of course there is Madyx who is 10 and in the 4th Grade at Glidden Ralston. She's a pretty familiar face at the Lincoln club and most weddings we host there. She's never met a stranger! We spend all of our free time with our family, we do what we love and love what we do! My husbands passion and talent for cooking is like no other. Come visit us or shoot us a message anytime! We love to hear from our customers. Most have become more family than customers.
